We’ve got a visitor !

And per normal we are putting him to work exercising these mountain trails!
(Still makes my heart swell seeing my dad hiking these trails and keeping up with us. God is good people-all the time .)

We decided since he was coming to visit that we’d take a vacation from our working vacation and go visit the Shenandoah National Park. We got to hike some trails to see a pretty big waterfall, walked on the Appalachian trail, dipped our feet in the Shenandoah River, visited the Luray Caverns-automobile museum and garden maze, And had some food at Cooters Diner.

Ya know…this is probably one of the best caves we’ve ever been too. And I feel like we’ve been to a lot. The formations were endless. Everywhere you turned was another really cool looking formation. At one point it just feels like you’ve entered another world. It was beautiful.

The water here is maybe a couple inches deep but the reflections make it look a couple feet in some places.

Pluto named after -the underworld god of death.

Apparently they only play this organ for special events/people. They did however play a recording but it was nothing like a real organ being played.

I think the best part of the maze was Anthony following the signs that said this way… this way.. ha just kidding! Right after I did the exact same thing. And then so did my dad!

Yes it was cold . And ya know showing off my handsome husband here 🙂

Felt silly but didn’t realize daisy duke shorts were named after daisy from the dukes of hazard.

You wouldn’t know it but about three minutes before the popcorn and this super awesome picture were taken…Tanner actually threw up from my crazy driving up the mountain to see the sunset in time.

But like a true Miller he rolls with the punches and keeps going.

Well till next time. We love you all. Thanks for coming along! – The Millers +Papa!
